Context
Memo 105 Phase 1 (Tooling-Härtung), rough edge: package.json is still 4.2.0 (tag
v4.2.0, Memo 086) although the Memo-102 single-path grading consolidation merged after it
(3c325ab #92, grading pin → v2.2.0 #91, dev test removed, grading deterministic/
non-deterministic added).
The CHANGELOG policy aligns the CLI version to the Schemas-Spec line for traceability. Spec
is now v4.3.1, so the CLI should move to the 4.3 line.
