trace-pkg, serverless-jetpack: Allow globs on more options.

Using trace-pkg as an example, these options accept globs already:

• include
• trace

These options accept path prefixes (so theoretically don't need globs)

• ignores

These are options we don't yet provide glob support for but should check / research / add notes:

• dynamic.resolutions
  • app sources (start with ./)
  • dependencies
• allowMissing
