Android Packaging for 7.40

Hi! I'm trying to package the 7.40 FNGameProj for Android using this Unreal Engine Commit, This gitdeps and the android-ndk-r17c but I'm stuck on "Failed to produce item: C:\FNGameProj\Binaries\Android\FortniteGame-arm64-es2.so"

Log File: UBT-FortniteGame-Android-Development.txt
