Slow performance loading the thumbnails (from cache) when have big archive of photos (~ 500 GB)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Store a lot pictures (I have like 500 GB of pictures which are more then 100k Images .. exact number I am not able to find)
2. Open the App
3. Click on "last photos" view (not folder view)
4. wait ... wait .. wait

Expected behavior

• Fast loading of the last images. (< 1 second)
• same as google photos or samsung gallery which have a fast first loading experience

Actual behavior

• Waiting for seconds each time I start the open or change to the gallery view (list or grid)
• Even if the app shows that it created a cache it seems it always re-create the cache.

note

• This bug: Slow Loading Thumbnails and File Propogation #54 still exists, but my bug is independant from grid or list mode or freshly added photos.
