file links added only allow "remove"

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go into cx file explorer, Firefox, password safe, or (presumably) any other app that allows you to add a file or link to the home screen
2. Add a file or link to the home screen
3. Tap the link on the home screen.
4. Notice that instead of opening the link as expected, a little black menu pops up with only one item on it: remove.

Expected behavior

Links clicked on the home screen should open when tapped.

Pops up a menu with a remove option

Please note: This issue occured with the latest update, to version 1.10.0. It did not exist prior to that. It effects EVERY shortcut (i.e. non-app, non-widget) item, making them all completely useless.
