Enchant compressed items

Add a configuration option that enables/disables the enchantment effect on compressed items.

Also make sure that the items are still valid if the admin decides to change the enchantment option after a few years. This should effectively only be a cosmetic thing and "old" / "invalid" items could even be updated if they get spotted by the plugin
