Describe the bug
Using "Deploy All" only deploys the last mod in the list. Individually deploying each mod overwrites the previously deployed mod in the A3 folder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Deployment'
2. Click on 'Deploy All'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behaviour
I expected all the mods to deploy to the A3 folder, as it's intended.

Actual behaviour
Mod at the bottom of the list deploys, none of the others do. Mods are updated. I can click "Clean" to disable them, and then go through one by one and enable them, while watching the A3 folder and checking it, when I do this the mods seem to undeploy and then deploy the newest one clicked.
