I’m currently using AritaX to visualize my template-matching and subtomogram-analysis results. The ability to attach volumes to particle lists is very helpful, but for detailed inspection, I need to overlay the corresponding atomic models as well.
I would like to request a new feature that allows users to attach atomic models (e.g., PDB format) to particle lists in the same way that volumes can currently be attached. This would make it possible to inspect atomic-level fits with higher structural detail and greatly improve the workflow for validating and refining template-matching results.
