MDView_TC_Plugin_2.3: missing support for TC lister shortcut keys 1-8

Please add support for TC lister shortcut keys 1-8. These shortcut keys allow you to switch to TC's internal lister [1-3, 5-8] or to any other installed plugin that supports the markdown format [4].
