[Bug]: Video (short) ends early

• I have encountered this bug in the latest release of FreeTube.
• I have encountered this bug in the official downloads of FreeTube. The only official downloads are from the https://freetubeapp.io website, the FreeTubeApp/FreeTube GitHub repository and the io.freetubeapp.FreeTube flatpak from Flathub.

Describe the bug

Some videos and/or shorts might be cut off before they actually end.
One short that demonstrates that clearly is https://youtu.be/Zxf2MgYCOm0. In FreeTube it's missing the "illuminated sobbing" part. Interestingly, the history sees that it wasn't fully played and shows a video length of 28 seconds, while on the video page itself it shows up as 24/24 seconds played:

Additional Information

For some videos I've already had a feeling they were missing a second or part of a second on the end, but I've never checked. But this one was too obvious for me to ignore...

Some things I've tried to narrow it down or find a workaround:

• Just to make sure that this isn't an issue with my system, I've tested it on 2 other systems (one mobile with the unofficial FreeTubeAndroid) on other networks, which showed the same results.
• Looping the video like Youtube short's page does did not change the result.
• Using a fresh installation did not change the result.
• Also tested in the nightly build nr. 7500, same results.

I usually like to look at the code and narrow it down before making bug reports on Github, but I'm sorry, I'm too busy at the moment to do that and I think just guessing would be counterproductive at this point.

Nightly Build

• I have encountered this bug in the latest official nightly build, do not check this box if you are using an unofficial or custom build.

Watch#videoLengthSeconds (line 814) is 28s, as expected.
However, down the line, in Watch#createLocalSabrManifest duration is set to Math.min(...videoInfo.streaming_data.adaptive_formats.map(f => f.approx_duration_ms)) / 1000, (line 1657).
Vietnamese audio has a duration of 24.701s, which is chosen for the sabr manifest duration. This causes all audios and videos to be truncated in any language.

YouTube's behaviour: There is no issue with all audio except Vietnamese. If you chose Vietnamese, the video duration decreases slightly from 28s to 27s and the progress bar will show 100% completion at the 24s mark. After 24s, the video continue without audio for 3s, but the watch bar is already filled completely.

This seems to be an issue with the Vietnamese audio uploaded by the author, but FreeTube's bug is impacting all languages.
