Description:
When using JAWS on Chrome, the concent form is not able to scroll to bottom in order to accept the terms and proceed. Unless the form is scrolled to the bottom the scroll to accept CTA is disabled hence JAWS users can't accept the concent in order to proceed.
Expected Result:
The form should scroll to bottom using down arrow key or Screenreader only scroll CTA must be provided.
Actual Result:
JAWS screen reader users not able to accept the concent form.
Note: Added the tabindex=0 for static content so that user uses the down arrow to navigate the consent form but its not woking fine in JAWS screenreader
