LDAP.CreateUser - unicodePwd should be used with Novell.Directory.Ldap library for setting a password

Customer noted that unicodePwd (as byte[] or sbyte[] -type) should be used instead of AD's 'userPassword' record when setting a password with Novell.Directory.Ldap.
