When Save Persistent Stats​ is enabled, it will create the blocker_stats.csvfile. If this file is opened in locked mode​ by programs like Excel, closing KeyboardChatterBlocker​ will result in an error. It is recommended to monitor the file’s status and alert users to manually close it.

Huh, it's so rare for any program to explicitly lock files these days.

I've pushed a change that will do an error check for this case, will be included in release 1.21.
