fix(Twitter): None post content, lost posts, and wrong character limit

• post() passes None to send_keys() if generate_post() fails
• add_post() silently discards posts when account UUID not in cache
• Character limit uses 260 instead of Twitter's actual 280 limit
• text_box success tracking is unreliable
