Clicking active status after Codex desktop task completion opens terminal instead of target app

Description

After completing a task in the Codex desktop version, clicking on the active status/notification redirects to the terminal instead of opening the target app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a task in Codex desktop version
2. Wait for the task to complete
3. Click on the active status notification in EchoIsland
4. Observe that it opens the terminal instead of the target app

Expected Behavior

Clicking the active status should open/focus the target app that was associated with the completed task.

Actual Behavior

Clicking redirects to the terminal window instead.

• OS: macOS
• AI tool: Codex (desktop version)
