How do these effects impact Pokesnacks, if at all?

Will these stack and/or impact the pokemon that the Pokesnack drew? Or is the Pokesnack a separate system and in no way affected by this?

Also, do effects stack to any amount? If I eat 3 of the tiny power snacks, did I just waste two or did I increase my changes more?
