Single file analysis -- unclear how to invoke

Thanks for the cool program! using version 1.7.2. I'm successful comparing two files with wsjt_all_ab and two files defined in wsjt_all.ini.

It is not clear how to analyze a single file. I've tried wsjt_all with the .ini file calling out a single file, or no files, or with no .ini file present. Can't get it to generate the plots for a single file.
