Suggestion: elevation and azimuth limits

Where I live we have obstacles in some directions.
It would be good to have option to exclude some directions and/or limit elevation. So my radio is spending time listening for satellites it cannot receive.

My antenna is on north side of apartment building and only see elevation 10 degrees to W,N,E. To S elevation is blocked to 90 degrees elevation.

It could be set like this clockwise:

azimuth, elevation
270 - 90, 10
90 - 270, 90
