If BitFun installs but the first useful request does not work, add a reply here. A compact, reproducible report is much easier to diagnose than a screenshot alone.

Before posting, please include:

• BitFun version or release link
• operating system, version, and CPU architecture
• install method: release download or source build
• model provider and model name — never include an API key or token
• the exact UI or CLI step that failed
• sanitized error text or a short relevant log excerpt
• expected behavior versus actual behavior
• whether it reproduces in a new local session; mention remote workspaces separately

Start with the First run guide. Redact secrets, personal paths, repository URLs, and private prompts before sharing logs.

For a suspected security vulnerability, do not post details here. Follow the private process in SECURITY.md.

When a report points to a reproducible product bug, we will link or open the corresponding Issue so the fix can be tracked separately.
