Ability to publicly share collections

What

Once we have #10 implemented, we can add the ability to share the collection publicly.

Eg.:

• List of projects to contribute
• System design resources
• My fav movie links, etc

This would most probably include a backend

Furthermore, we could also add editable links to public collections, allowing others to edit.

• Like shared places to explore between groups of friends
