The Ability to block Large Area from Claim like say 500 blocks outside of spawn without having to Claim it through admin, etc?

Feature Request

Almost all the griefing, trolling, etc happens around spawn. People build outside of our Spawn Protection, they get griefed, their annoying. You know those types.

It would be nice if I could have a config option making so people can't claim within a certain radius of overworld spawn. Maybe even letting us have a custom message when they attempt it sort like a get F off my lawn go further out haha.
