Would it be possible to get a list of items/blocks that are able to bypass/work in claims triggered by anyone?

• pressure plates
• interacting with an entity (minecart, boat, mob, rocket on launchpad)
• (non-private) OpenBlocks elevators
• EnderIO travel anchors
• boats

Any others?
