Stained panes cull horizontally when paired with pane culling fix texture packs

When this texture pack is paired with any type of pane culling fix texture packs (I use the buily-in one from continuity), all stained panes cull vertically. Normal panes cull too, but it is way less noticeable. None of the mods, shaders or other texture packs I am using are causing this issue, and the culling fix is the highest priority in my textures.

Minecraft version: 26.1.2, but i wouldn't be surprised if this issue occured in all/most versions
Mod loader: Fabric

I'm not sure how those pane culling resource pack works, but glass pane models of this resource pack is designed to support builtin Optifine connect texture. If it breaks compatibility with other resource packs, I feel sorry for that but there might be nothing I can do except removing stained glass models.
