Floating HP Outline

Would it be possible to get a black outline around the floating HP? At times it can be difficult to see the actual bar due to the color, I think having a border would make it a lot easier? Screenshot included as an example of how bad it can be

I believe I might work on this with NPC canvas changes as part of the combat mode. Will likely try and find a way to draw the HP within the HP bar.
