Strange predictions

I don't find any roads. For example, here are the predictions I get for the first example of the notebook (9829-68024-17.png):

Do you mind to plot the raw rgb, label and prediction side by side, @pasquierjb? You mentioned you switch the Mapbox imagery, can you check if all the RGB actually looks properly written, if so, can you make sure that roads you created from scipy.misc actually written into 1 (roads) and 0 (background).

I found the issue! The masks/labels were not saved properly. They are 8-bits numpy arrays so they need to be saved as 0/255 arrays instead of 0/1!
