ArduinoJson in AsyncWebConfig

Hello,

I have made an updated version of the webconfig.cpp for using JsonDocument instead of the Static or Dynamic Document.
I do not know how to make that available ( if there is any interest). I also have run it only on ESP32.

I will test it on an ESP8266.
