chore(site): add static JSON dump (v1 + openapi) for the homepage
Bootstrap of the static data dump the site consumes: 1,870 records (924 CPU, 365 smartphone, 330 GPU, 122 SoC, 129 brand) + openapi.json under site/public/. Generated by TechEngine's dump generator from the curated data; TechEngine's weekly refresh will keep it current. Restores live data on the deployed homepage. Refs #1
