After activating the option in settings to make Editor. the default text editor, opening a text file opens the default "Jolla Notes" application. Tested with both SFOS's own file browser (from Settings) and the "File Browser" app.
This happened in Editor. version 0.8.5 downloaded from the Jolla Store, on Sailfish OS 2.2.0.29 (not the latest update. Have not tried it on 2.2.1.18 yet), but I think it already happened right after the SFOS update which changed the SD card directory, many SFOS versions ago.
In case it can help, the device is a Jolla C which is not in Developer Mode
