feat: initial @gocodealone/workflow-ui package

Shared UI primitives for workflow applications:
- Configurable API client (apiGet/Post/Put/Patch/Delete)
- Auth store factory (createAuthStore with Zustand)
- Themeable LoginPage component
- SSE utility (connectSSE)
- Catppuccin Mocha theme (colors + baseStyles)

Subpath exports: /api, /auth, /sse, /theme
Peer deps: React 18+/19+, Zustand 4+/5+
Published to GitHub Packages via CI on v* tags.

Closes GoCodeAlone/workflow#36
