Why my key is 129 bytes?

I am sure I have chosen "Enterprise license key (Development)". However, the key is 129 bytes and can't be activated. I did exactly what the tutorial says. Thanks!

Yes. I did generate a Samsung EDU SDK key. I followed the steps in README very carefully and have no idea why it didn't work.
