force_respawn = true on server but clients remain inactive when map changes #236

Using following setting on my server configuration:
force_respawn = true

It works. But clients need to click / shoot before getting the first time active.

When the map changes, the clients which are active and respawning due to this setting "force_respawn" they need to click again.

Is there a further configuration, or can it be added, that they client are spawning as soon as map is loaded?
And also making sure, that the clients are also spawned, when the map is changing?
