Ability to view Waveform

The user should be able to view the waveform of the recording while they record and while they playback the audio.

Do we currently have a preferred library or graphic to do this?

Not readily available, but I was thinking we could either make our own library or do some research into finding one. The only ones I could find so far were for JavaScript.
