Question: Addition of google secrets node

Neil,

loving the package - simplifies our usage of GCP significantly. We are looking at accessing secrets from Google secrets and while we could do it without the package it seems to be sensible to extend the package to support it. Before we raise a pull request just wanted to make sure you were comfortable in doing a google secret node and if so was there anything you would like to see or not see.
