Keyboard shortcut for renaming layer

This would help a lot (for a lot of users I guess). Photoshop and Illustrator at lest have a mechanism, where you start to edit a layer name and you press tab the cursor jumps to the next layer name (shift tab for backwards) and highlights that. This would be amazing but using Asprite for a while using the F2 button works like a charm. (There you also jump up and down from layers with the arrow buttons. This would be neat here as well with a combo button)

Not sure if we should keep the navigation from both the flows, that is tab , shift tab and arrow keys . For now in my PR I have added them both

Also , some clarifications on the issue,

1. should pressing F2 get us into the editing state for layers ( defaulting to the root artboard ) or
2. after clicking on the layers / artboard should we go into editing state by pressing F2 . Like select the layer first then go into editing by clicking F2

2 is what's being requested and what makes sense, 1 does not make sense.
