Julia runtime on wasm

Any plans to get the julia runtime itself on wasm?
I wonder if in the future, it would be feasible to compile JuliaLowering and JuliaSyntax and WasmTarget.jl itself to have the entire Julia code --> wasm pipeline itself on the web.
