Hello, I would like to ask how you process brain data? The input of brain data is MRI. How should it be converted to the [2,256,256] shape in the code, and should the real part be directly assigned a value and the imaginary part be 0?

Hello! You can use the fft2c.m and ifft2c.m functions provided in complex_data_demo to process your brain MRI data into complex data that contains both real and imaginary parts. Apply fft2c to convert the image from the spatial domain to the frequency domain (k-space). This will give you complex-valued data. Please refer to the fastMRI_process.m file for guidance.
