Subscriptions become stale/inactive after temporary network interruptions

After short network interruptions all subscriptions become stale and inactive. Configuring the property connectivityCheckInterval has no effect.

TODO: Add support for the client callbacks inactivityCallback and subscriptionInactivityCallback to allow the applications to reconnect and renew their subscriptions.

The statement "... has no effect." is probably not correct. We experienced connection issues with a B&R OPC UA server when setting this property.
