Ads not working in release apk

Hi!
I just install the apk that is mentioned in this project release folder, but no ads are showing i check all ads that are included in this apk but not a single ad is showing.
I also import this project in android studio and follow the code in my other project that i added in huawei app gallery and petal ads but ads are not showing.
Please let me know what is the issue and how to resolve?

getting these error codes while loading:
Failed to be loaded error code: 2
on splash: error code is 3
