Player HUD

We need a HUD to display score and time information for the player.

Player Hud needs to be splitted into different canvas -> that gives us more flexibility and indepedency.
Every canvas gets his own controller. All text, which has to be displayed will be implemented as static text until the GameManager is ready to use.
