Cannot accept the correct time format provided by UG

This issue stems from extra spaces in the date-time input (e.g., "Jan 15 2025 at 12:00" instead of the required "Jan 15 2025 at 12:00"). The expected format is clearly defined as "MMM dd yyyy at HH:mm", and all usage examples in the User Guide consistently follow this convention.

The system handles invalid input with a clear error message and a fallback to the current date-time, ensuring functionality remains intact.
Although this behavior occurs only in rare cases where users deviate from the documented format, we acknowledge it may lead to confusion. We accept this as an issue and will work to adding more flexible parsing in future versions.

Reason for disagreement: I understand how this works, but when I test your application in PE, it just cannot accept my time format even if I followed your UG. I just simply copy your UG example and paste it in CMD but it still not work. I believe I did not deviate from the documented format, so I consider this as a bug.
