Explanation duplication in UG

The explanation of time format and category usage are very frequently, almost in every feature they will explain the same thing again.

This kind of explanation has appeared in UG more than 3 times. And all the features follow the same rules, so it should be written in a summary note but not in all features

While it’s true that the DATE TIME and CATEGORY rules follow consistent logic across features, their inclusion in each command's documentation is intentional and necessary for usability.

1. Self-Contained Clarity
   Each command should be self-sufficient and understandable without needing to flip back and forth between different UG sections. This improves:

• Readability
• Onboarding for new users
• Ease of use in CLI environments, where users might only be reading the section relevant to the command they're using

2. Industry Best Practises

• Many command-line tools (like Git, Docker, etc.) repeat similar argument formats for consistency and clarity in each subcommand’s help documentation — it’s a best practice.
