Add example snippets to Demo App.

Right now the live demo page shows an example form that has validated input elements, but does not show the code used to generate the form.

One possible solution would be to use ember-code-snippet to show the code snippets next to the form.

I think the example should include the JS, template and styling. The key part is the template, but it would be good to show the others.
