Prepare a poster or presentation for the NSF CEDAR Workshop (week of June 21, 2026). CEDAR attendees are ionospheric scientists — this is the most technically demanding audience.

Content Requirements

  • Rigorous validation methodology description
  • Full multi-station comparison (3 stations at different distances)
  • Geophysical context analysis (SZA, Kp, F10.7 dependence)
  • Detection boundary characterization with physical interpretation
  • Measurement uncertainty bounds clearly stated
  • Scientific utility argument: what can a low-cost ionosonde network contribute to ionospheric science?
  • Connection to citizen science and distributed sensing
  • Future directions: multi-frequency sounding, integration with prop.kc2g.com and existing ionosonde networks

Acceptance Criteria

  • Includes full multi-station validation results
  • Includes geophysical context analysis
  • Technical depth appropriate for ionospheric science audience
  • Clearly states measurement uncertainty bounds
  • Final PDF ready by June 16
