BUG - Song of Storms

Showing the ocarina to Guru-Guru and repeating the song to learn it does not trigger the cutscenes or the text "you learned the song of the storms".

Yes, all skips are disabled. I initially noticed the problem during the game, then I used the debug to quickly get to Kakariko to test with other versions. I also tested with other ROMs, but I found out that the problem wasn't with the ROM. Here’s a video with tests on some versions and the one that was working before.

As I mentioned before, while playing normally, I noticed the absence of the cutscene, so I did some other tests and came to the conclusion, after testing all previous versions, that the error does not occur in the SoH-MacReady-Golf version.
