This project must prove itself on the author's own workspace before making broad claims.
Use Project2AgentWorkOS on the author's own product workspace and local Codex setup.

The repository now contains public-safe distilled content and the same content has been installed into the local Codex substrate.
This proves the first loop:
personal projects + Codex threads + failure review
-> distilled into Project2AgentWorkOS
-> published as AgentWorkOS assets
-> installed back into local Codex for future work
.codex is the local substrate. It can host AgentWorkOS pieces such as skills, memories, rules, and hooks.
AgentWorkOS is broader: it also includes role selection, release evidence, project cards, public docs, workflow gates, hook candidates, and the habit of turning work traces into reusable assets.
