Fidus Writer has one CSS file that can be edited for the multiformat output. There are some other CSS files used and I would ask that @fiduswriter document them. We need a CSS structure that will use Paged Media CSS to generate CSS for the following formats: PoD PDF, Screen PDF, EPUB, and Website on GitHub Pages using WebBook Level 1 (Unofficial Proposal Draft by Daniel Glazman).
We need a benchmark CSS example that is designed to cope with all of these formats.
