merge `InvoiceTool` back to `application`

[Heinerion]

The idea of a whole rewrite did not went that well.

Nonetheless the created classes and efforts should not be lost.
The templating works and some design decisions are better than in the classic application.

Gradle, on the other hand, didn't work out as well with this project...
