`hpf` and `hpstatic`, add a `hpf_outdent` and `hpstatic_outdent`

Traditionally we use https://www.npmjs.com/package/outdent with our inline multiline prompts so we don't have to worry about formatting the string. It'd be super useful to have `hpf` and `hpstatic` versions for this
