Hey asiridalugoda, we had a good exchange a few months ago about the "combination lock" model: independent layers, each sufficient for its own threat class. That framing stuck with me. Since then I've built out the work I mentioned. Where it's landed: Ghost Layer Security is now two products. Ghost Layer is the runtime security engine, real-time scanning of agent inputs and outputs for injection, jailbreaks, exfiltration, and malicious output. Ghost Gate is the piece closest to your world, a cryptographic agent attestation handshake for verifying identity and message integrity between agents. So we've ended up adjacent: HDP and Ghost Gate are both tackling verifiable trust between agents, from different angles. I'm approaching market launch, and before I do, I want real independent validation of the current build rather than relying on my own numbers. Given how close our problem spaces are, I think there's something useful in comparing notes and potentially cross-validating. It'd involve looking at internals, so it'd be NDA-gated up front. Would you be open to a conversation? |
