I wonder if it would be possible to clarify the difference between the MONO_EXON and UNSPLICED filter tags in the documentation?
In my own dataset I observed some cases where a transcript is annotated as UNSPLICED but not as MONO_EXON, and I'm not sure what the difference is. Are they intended for different purposes?
